Babylist is an online baby registry and e-commerce platform. Through Babylist, users can add baby products from different stores to a registry and share it with friends and family.  

 

The claims allege that Babylist used tracking technology to share users’ answers to onboarding questions and other activity with third parties. According to the allegations, users may have shared information about their pregnancy, due date, parenting plans, and baby preferences without realizing that information was being shared with third parties.

 

Labaton Keller Sucharow is investigating potential arbitration claims on behalf of Babylist users who answered onboarding questions or created a baby registry through Babylist.

Is arbitration confidential?

Once I sign up, how does the process work?

How do your fees work?
Our fees will be a percentage of the settlement or recovery we obtain for you. That amount will depend on the rules in the state you live in. We only receive a fee if you win, and you will never owe us any money.
